Shipping and Deliveries

Where can I receive my order?
• Address: Your order will be delivered to the address you indicate.
• Pickup points: You can also choose to receive it in our stores (free shipping).

Delivery areas

National (Spain):
• Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

International:
• Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland.

Intercontinental:
• Canada, United States and Mexico.


Rates and Delivery Times

National Shipping (Spain)
• Express home delivery:
• Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.
• Cost:
• Free for orders over €90.
• €5.90 if the amount is less than €90.
• Shipping to store: Free.

International Shipping
• Express home delivery:
• Delivery time: 4 to 7 business days.
• Cost: €39.

Intercontinental Shipping
• For Canada and the United States:
• Deadline: Approximately 6 days.
• Cost: €69.
• For Mexico:
• Deadline: Approximately 6 days.
• Cost: €79 (G4 intercontinental shipping).

Note: E. Furest SL does not have offices in the United States and, therefore, is not responsible for collecting or paying sales tax. These taxes are the customer's responsibility, as required by local authorities.


Purchase and Confirmation Process
1. Initial confirmation:
Once you place your order and complete payment, you'll receive a processing email. If you don't find it, check your spam folder.
2. Stock verification:
After confirming availability, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice in PDF format.
3. Delivery tracking:
When your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. The carrier will also contact you by text message 24 hours before delivery to confirm the date and address, or to make changes if necessary.


What happens if there is no one to receive the order?
• For deliveries made by MRW:
If no one is at home, the carrier will leave a notice with the next delivery appointment.
• You can contact MRW by calling 934 518 533 or 902 300 400 to arrange a new date.
• After three failed attempts, the package will remain at the MRW agency closest to the indicated address.
