Returns and Exchanges
At Furest, we want your shopping experience to be 100% satisfactory. Below, we clearly explain how to proceed if you wish to return or exchange an item.
How to return an item?
Option 1: Return with Gift Certificate or Voucher
• Procedure:
Please provide a pickup time and we will dispatch MRW to collect the item free of charge.

Option 2: Refund
• Procedure:
Send the item yourself using a courier service, paying the shipping cost.

• Important:
Don't forget to attach the purchase invoice we provided with your order.
Other Options
• Return in store:
You can also return the item free of charge to any Furest store.
Return Conditions
• Garments can be tried on, but if you decide to return them, they must be in perfect condition (unwashed, uncut, with tags intact, and unaltered).
• Underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Deadline for Return
• You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make a return.
Refund
• Once the return has been approved (maximum 14 calendar days from receipt of the product in our warehouses) and processed by your bank, you will receive the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Note: We reserve the right to reject returns outside the deadline or for products that are not in their original condition.
How to exchange an item?
• Procedure:
Items can only be exchanged if they are in perfect condition.
• To request a change, please call us at +34 932 010 777 or email us at ventas@furest.com.
• After verifying the availability of the new item, we will arrange for the exchange to be sent and collect the old item.
• You can also make the exchange at any Furest store.
Deadline for Change
• The deadline for making an exchange is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Cost of Change
• National Orders:
Changes are free.
• International and Intercontinental Orders (Canada, USA):
The direct costs of the exchange or return will be borne by the consumer.
